Return Items You Ordered

You can return any items sold on ProAdvancedSport.com. When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the reasons for return.

Prepare and ship your return

1. Prepare your package for return. 
   

   Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.

2. Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected. 

   You should communicate with ProAdvanced Sport.com to confirm your shipping method and Return shipping fees for your return. 

   If you agree, the cost of return shipping as well as any restocking fees that may apply, could be deducted from your refund.

   If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of a ProAdvanced Sport error, we'll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.
